Beach umbrellas, garden umbrellas, awnings and covers in general must have absolute quality and resistance to ultraviolet rays as well as to atmospheric agents in general and mass-dyed acrylic fiber provides an effective response to this need: laboratory tests and forty years of experience of this fiber in the field allow us to affirm its supremacy over other fibers often used improperly.
The specially designed special finishes further increase the resistance of this fabric to dirt and dust, making them also waterproof and usable even in heavy use (covers for bars, restaurants and more); they also have a particular resistance to the passage of ultraviolet rays which are harmful to the human body.

Tessitura di Borgomanero uses only mass-dyed acrylic fibers in its OUTDOOR fabrics which are the only ones specifically designed for this purpose and which for more than 30 years have proven to be the best performing. This is due to the special mass dyeing process which consists in the addition of colored pigments already in the chemical production process and not subsequently. So the fabrics are the best for sun protection (garden and beach umbrellas, curtains, covers), for outdoor furniture (coverings for garden furniture, sofas) and for boating (covers, cushions for boats cruise and pleasure boats).
